The Ramp was our favorite bar/restaurant in KBunk but it has closed and the building is for sale. Very sad to see it and all the good folks who worked there are gone.

Um where is my review from a decade ago?!! Enjoyed this place many times & look forward to it each year during our Maine jaunt. Love this little tucked away spot. Everything is very good. Crab cakes, fish & chips, mussels, chowder, nothing disappoints. It's a tight squeeze inside w a football & politics theme lining the walls & ceiling. It feels like a neighborhood place. My favorite is the outdoor little alcove courtyard w bistro tables overlooking the water. Great bloody Mary's too.

This is a perfect restaurant. Unfortunately, it's closing at the end of September 2022. Hopefully you got a chance to try it before then.

You can't be the ambiance, location, and eclectic decor. When in Maine. Came here for the lobster roll and it didn't disappoint. Cold mayo version, prefer the warm butter, but it was still delish with lots of big chunks of lobster. Could NOT stop eating the onion strings. So darn good! Clam chowder was also very good. Also had the whole belly clams. Great breading and portion was huge. Best place in the area and off the beaten path.

Updated June 14: since our last pre-lockdown meal was here at the bar, we came back to eat outside. Three months later seems like three years but the Ramp is still the reliable and welcoming place we've loved for years. Probably my favorite place in the area. Such a fun atmosphere and the bartenders (we like to sit at the bar) are always friendly and competent. I love the fried clams. The onion strings are also terrific, as is the hummus plate starter. We tend to stick with those favorites but should branch out after the summer crush is over. Have confidence that anything we'd try would be well prepared

Good place to get the perfect well-done burger with fancy fries. Boyfriend got the grilled Mahi with strawberry salsa, what a great combo. Tip - it's a small place for winter lunch time and was packed on a Saturday afternoon. Service is quick and very friendly. The wall has interesting sports stuff.

Great place! So cool inside got a stiff neck looking at all of the memorabilia on the ceiling. Food and service were great. Very small but worth it. Parking can be tough.

BLUF: That grilled salmon sandwich... Super awesome decor in the restaurant and beautiful view. Big kudos to our server Ally! Visited Cape Porpoise for the first time and fell in love with the area! Beautiful views and bougie houses Anyways, found this restaurant in the area for a late lunch on the weekday. Not busy at all. Very chill atmosphere. The food was amazing! My wife had the clam chowder, we shared onion strings, I had a grilled salmon sandwich (which Ally recommended!) Totally loved the food and would definitely come back if we visited the area again. We highly recommend this place! Thanks again Ally for serving us well!

Very friendly & accommodating server, Ally We went around 2:30 pm and it wasn't busy. They're currently renovating the lower part of the restaurant so we ate upstairs that had a beautiful view of the water and the lighthouse on Goat Island. Order: Clam Chowder $9 - good portion, left me satisfied & full , plenty of clams & not too creamy, loved that it wasn't a thick consistency chowder Onion Strings $11 - loved how it was thin - it was so delicious that I didn't really use the bbq sauce it came with ***NO military discount***
